MONTY Perry's dedication to Ottery St Mary was honoured by the Devon FA on Saturday.
The Otters stalwart has worked for and supported the club for 50 years.

And his efforts were acknowledged at the weekend when the Devon FA's Chris Davey presented Perry with a medal to mark the occasion. The Ottery fanatic also received a script from club chairman Greg Layzell.
Perry first started playing for the Washbrook Meadows outfit as a teenager and has taken on a number of roles at the club since then.

He currently looks after the club pitches and remains the Peninsula Division One East side's social secretary.
Club secretary Alison Gannon said: "Monty's hard work and efforts are very much appreciated by everyone — the club committee, players and members."
Unfortunately Perry's award could not inspire his side to a win at the weekend, as Ottery went down 4-1 to Liverton United.
