Police appeal to identify Budleigh Salterton Co-op thief
Police are appealing for information to help them catch the thief who stole from a Budleigh Salterton supermarket twice in one day.
The thefts occurred at Co-op on the High Street between 5.40pm and 5.45pm on Wednesday, November 21, when several medicines including Nurofen, Strepsils and Imodium tablets amounting to more than £190 were stolen.
The offender is described as a white male, in his late 20s to early 30s, about 6ft tall with short dark brown hair. He was wearing black shoes, black dress trousers, a sky blue shirt and a dark parker style jacket.
Anyone with any information that could help officers identify the man should call police on, 101 quoting crime reference number, KE/12/2707.
