Police appeal for information after diesel theft near Clyst Honiton

Diesel thieves are being sought by police in East Devon.

Overnight on Sunday, November 25, to Monday, November 26, a large quantity of diesel was stolen from Wares Farm, Clyst Honiton.

The farm is located on the B3184 next to the bridge over the A30 from Exeter Business Park towards Aylesbeare.

In the process, the offenders damaged several vehicles as well as a diesel tank before stealing the contents.

It is understood that the thieves parked their own vehicle on the road while loading the stolen diesel.

Police officers would like to hear from anyone who may have been in the area that evening and seen any suspicious activity or may have seen the parked vehicle.
