Queues at Exeter petrol station while Cullompton services runs out
LARGE queues are being reported at the Tesco Exe Vale petrol station while there are reports that there is no fuel available at Cullompton Services, southbound at Junction 28.
Meanwhile, the A396 Stoke Hill in Stoke Canon is partially blocked with delays in both directions between the Stoke Hill junction and the Chestnut Crescent junction, because of flooding.
