Recipe 6 - Oriental salmon and vegetable stir-fry
25g Broccoli
25g cauliflower
2 baby sweetcorn
25g mangetout
1tbs soy sauce
1tbs water
1 tspn sugar
1tbs vegetable oil
115g salmon fillet, cut into strips
Method
Prepare the vegetables as appropriate.
Mix the soy sauce, water and sugar in a bowl.
In a large frying pan or wok heat the oil until hot.
Add the broccoli and cauliflower and stir-fry, then add the sweetcorn and mangetout and cook for 4-5 minutes.
Add the salmon with the sauce mixture and stir-fry for 4-5 minutes until hot. Serve straight away.
