“If you think you can drive a bus in these conditions Kristian ring the number on the rear of the buses and show everyone!!”

“I agree that safety should go first and the buses should be stopped with the conditions on the roads but something should of been done to prevent the roads getting so bad considering we have had warnings. I lived in Scotland for over 14 years and never had problems like they do in England anytime it snows.”

“Completely agree with your comment Dan.
I was driving ever so carefully on my way home from work last night and almost lost control of the car about 3 or 4 times, it is very scary, and there isnt much you can do to prevent it apart from driving slowly and even that isnt enough sometimes.
There would be uproar if these buses had carried on their service's and one of them had crashed.
It is true that the country comes to a halt but that is because we arent prepared to deal with freak weather like this.”

“Kristian surely Safety comes first, im just wandering if you are a driver. i had to drive last night at my own risk so im not quarelling about that and i lost the back end of my car 3 times due to the slippery conditions and i can tell you it aint a nice feeling losing control of a vehicle, so these services are putting peoples safety first.”

“Amazing, A bit of snow and the country grinds to a halt! I really feel for the people who NEED these services to get to work or get home.”
