PROPOSALS for 50 homes in Feniton have been rejected by district councillors.

The application, submitted by Wainhomes Holdings Ltd, was for land next to Louvigny Close, off Station Road, and attracted 312 letters of objection.

Councillors on East Devon District Council's development management committee unanimously rejected the plans at their meeting where around 40 residents turned up to hear the decision.
