LIFE-saving charity ShelterBox is taking part in a high-profile event in Exeter.

Business leaders, school heads and senior members of Rotary in Britain and charities from across the South West will be joining Tom Henderson, founder of ShelterBox, for a reception hosted by The Lord Mayor at Exeter Guildhall on Saturday, May 26.

Everyone will then process to Exeter Cathedral to attend a 3pm Choral Evensong service.

At the end of the 40-minute service Mr Henderson will speak about the work of the charity with a question-and-answer session. Throughout the day people will be able to see the iconic boxes and tents displayed on Cathedral Green.
