Shoppers encouraged to park and ride for John Lewis opening in Exeter this Friday
People are being encouraged to use park and ride services when travelling to the new John Lewis department store in Exeter.
The store in Sidwell Street, opens its doors to the public on Friday, October 12, and is expected to be busy.

Park and ride buses stop within 100 metres of the store, with local buses stopping close by. Exeter Central Station is also a five minute walk away.

“Dont try to get to John Lewis unless you want to be stuck in Heavitree road and Paris street for a lengthy period,if you use park and ride how much shopping will you
be able to get on a bus? Expect New North road,York road ,Longbrook street and Blackall road to be at a standstill.”

“All very well but the Honiton Rd Park and Ride is usually full by 9am Monday to Friday as it is used by lots of people who work in Exeter”
