The charity provides training and support for people with disabilities and health conditions and was selected as Princesshay's official charity for 2012. Last year was St Loye's 75th anniversary and a string of fundraising events were held to help swell the charity's coffers.
Christopher Knee, chief executive at St Loye's, said: "It's been fantastic to work with the Princesshay team for the past year. They have been so friendly and helpful.

"Not only has the partnership generated much-needed funds from the events we have staged together, it has also helped us to raise our profile locally.
"By being seen regularly in the centre and talking to shoppers, it has enabled us to spread awareness of the charity including what we do, how we do it and the difference we make to people in the region."
He added: "The car raffle, which has been running since the beginning of October, has certainly been a highlight in terms of fundraising as it has secured more than £10,000 of the funds raised over the year."
Wayne Pearce, Princesshay centre director said: "It's been a privilege to support such a worthy and proactive local charity and we're thrilled that the partnership has resulted in raising a substantial sum."
