Snowy start to the day for commuters driving into Exeter
Commuters faced icy conditions on the outskirts of Exeter this morning as temperatures dipped below freezing.
As this pictures shows, Bovey Tracey had a covering of snow, while in nearby Moretonhampstead there were heavy snow falls.

But Haldon Hill and Telegraph Hill, which are often a major problem for commuteres, were both snow-free. And there was little more than a light dusting across the city.
Forecasters had issued a snow warning for the whole of the county as temperatures fell sharply.
