Sue is fully qualified surveyor
AN Exeter-based member of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors has recently completed the RICS Assessment of Professional Competence to become a fully-qualified chartered surveyor.
Sue Shears, of Bradleys Chartered Surveyors in Southernhay, was born and brought up in Penzance, Cornwall.

She moved to Exeter and joined Bradleys Surveyors in 1997.
