TV's Judith opens new playroom

TELEVISION presenter Judith Chalmers has officially opened a £10,000 playroom for Exeter youngsters.

Judith, president of The Lady Taverners charity, opened Community Equality, Disability Action's (CEDA) new soft playroom at Exeter Business Park.

The Lady Taverners is part of The Lord's Taverners, the youth cricket and disability sports charity.

CEDA provides learning and social opportunities for young people with disabilities throughout Devon.

The new soft playroom includes disability exercise and play equipment and an interactive soundwall.

Judith said: "This equipment will help youngsters enjoy their time at CEDA even more. We are proud to support the staff, parents and young people there."
