Rail services will resume on the Tarka Line from Monday although they will suffer some disruption because of a lack of signalling at Exeter's Cowley Bridge Junction.Tim Maddocks, Network Rail's area customer services manager, said: "We've agreed with train operator First Great Western that we will run two trains onto the Barnstaple line each day, to form Crediton to Barnstaple shuttle trains throughout each day, with a bus between Crediton and Exeter. The floodwaters around Exeter Cowley Bridge caused extensive damage to the points and signalling with the junction of the line to Barnstaple."
