It will start at the Kenniford Farm Shop, signposted off the A3052 at Clyst St Mary between 2pm and 3pm.

The hunt, including a few short walking sections, takes about two to three hours to complete.

When teams reach their destination of a pub, there will be a quiz and perhaps a raffle. Map reading and local knowledge are not necessary.

Funds raised will go to the Budleigh Salterton and Topsham Memory Cafés which both provide help, support and friendship to local people, who are suffering with dementia and memory loss, and their carers.

Carol Rowe, event organiser, said: "It is set to be brilliant fun with all sorts of things to discover. If anyone would like to join in please do give me a call."

Entry is £10 per car, payable in advance. For more information or a booking form contact Mrs Rowe on, 01395-226905 or email, carol@ex8.co.uk
