Tributes paid to young man killed in road collision

The 20-year-old man killed in a road traffic collision at Ludwell Lane on Saturday has been named as Steven Davidson-Hackett, from Exeter.

Dad Ray, mum Sue and big sister Rebecca have issued the following tribute: “We watched you grow into a beautiful young man whose character warmed the hearts of all those who knew you.

“You were, and still are, a star and that light will never fade – you have made us so proud.

“You’ll always live in our hearts. Thank you.”
