Around 12 officers accompanied by a specialist drugs dog carried out the raids.
Sergeant Andy Stuthridge said: “We found a quantity of class B cannabis at one of the addresses.”
A woman in her 20s from Tiverton was arrested in connection with the seizure. She was bailed until April 4.
A thorough search was carried out at both the properties which had been entered under warrants obtained through the Misuse of Drugs Act.
Sgt Stuthridge said information from the public was vital in assisting the police to make such arrests.
“We rely on information from the public about the possession, use and supply of drugs,” he said.
“We are keen to continue to act on that information and seek to seize any drugs and deal effectively with those who seek to deal them.”
Anyone with information about drug dealing can call police on 101.
