The 10-mile walk is on Saturday, April 17. Mr Bradshaw, Derek Phillips, chairman of Exeter Chamber of Commerce, and Guy Bottard, partner from event sponsor, Stones Solicitors, are asking women to take part in the event which is in aid of Macmillan Cancer Support and Exeter Leukaemia Fund (ELF).
Mr Bradshaw said: "By signing up for the Exeter Night Walk, the ladies of Exeter can ensure these vital local charities have the money they need to continue their crucial work."
As sponsor of the event, Stones has donated £1,000 to both Macmillan and ELF, and is encouraging other individuals and businesses to participate in the event.
Staff will be helping out with the organisation and supplying stewards on the night.
Starting and finishing at Exeter Arena, the walkers will follow a route around the city taking in the Cathedral, The Iron Bridge, The Quay and Topsham Road, with a stop at Wyvern Barracks for refreshments. They will then continue to Countess Wear roundabout, past Pynes Hill and down to the Pinhoe Sainsbury's before returning to the starting point.
The walk will have staggered starts at 8pm, 9pm and 10pm.
