You will have to excuse my staccato writing this week as I am so cold I can't stop shivering.

Lack of hot air: Denis is getting complaints about his cold cab
If only I had some warm bumper-covers (if only Miss Fiona had been paying attention in knitting class!) I could cope better with the cold.
And a nice heater by my parking spot would be good too.

Oh dear, I shouldn't have said that as I am sure I will get a lecture from Miss Sally about heating up the outside air being a waste of resources and not good for the environment...
But if I was warmer Miss Sally and Miss Fiona would not complain so much when they want me to take them around Exeter.
Only last week Miss Fiona complained ALL the way to the Civic Centre about how cold my seats are and what a long time it takes for my cab to warm up.
I blame the draughty corner where my new parking space is.
In previous diary entries I have extolled the virtues of this spot as it allows me to see everything that is going on but, and it is a BIG but, it has turned out to be the coldest spot in the whole of cleansing services' headquarters!
Does anyone know where Miss Fiona can get knitting lessons?
