PEOPLE throughout the Cullompton area can do their bit to ensure the town's 35th community festival is the best ever.
Cullompton Festival is set to take place from Saturday, June 30, until Sunday, July 7, and aims to provide entertainment for people of all ages.
It is hoped that social clubs, community groups and traders of the town will get involved by holding their own event – large or small.
Cllr Eileen Andrews, one of the festival organisers, said: "We aim to promote Cullompton and traders of the town and to bring together both the new and established residents.

"The festival needs long –established favourite events as well as new ideas.
"We want to welcome everyone; those who come every year, new residents, people from the surrounding area and Devon tourists."
There will also be a street fair on Saturday, June 29, in the Higher Bull Ring, which traders and groups are encouraged to get involved in.
