“I think that MPs should not be drinking at all whilst in the House - it hardly seems appropriate that when they are dealing with such important issues that they are quite often doing so while under the influence. As to the rest of us - it used to be normal just to drink on one or two days a week, never mind NOT drinking on one or two days a week!”
