“I run a full time,private Jeet Kune Do school in the city center and I am starting up a new beginners class for any guys with an interest in self defence. Jeet Kune Do was developed by Bruce Lee for street situations, it is a simple and direct martial art, we train to attack the eyes, groin and knees. We also train in street clothes, jeans/jackets, etc and are attacked with determination and aggression as it would happen for real.
