In a league of their own

Heartily recommend

“We met with a few agents prior to selling the flat, not really being sure what we were looking for. But it was Will's enthusiasm and positivity that swung it, and we never regretted the decision we made. There was a sense that the sale meant as much to him as it did to us, and nothing was too much trouble. He and Rachael kept us informed at every turn, and things went through smoothly. While they obviously have a wealth of experience in the field, the fact that Pyne & Lyon is a new enterprise was a distinct plus, as evidenced by the freshness of their whole approach. Cannot recommend them highly enough

“We had our house on the market 'on and off' for four years, after we had tried four different estate agents. At the end of last year we decided to market with Pyne & Lyon as we had previously met Will and were greatly encouraged by his energetic approach to our property. Will and Pyne & Lyon were a breath of fresh air. Almost instantly Pyne & Lyon were putting viewers through our door and in the following weeks we received more viewings than the previous agents had managed in the previous four years. They secured a sale on our house within a few months which then completed in March 2013. I cannot recommend Pyne & Lyon highly enough and I now would not sell with any other agent.”

An estate agent like no other

“We found Pyne & Lyon very comfortable to work with, from day one they make you feel that you are their only client, keeping you informed on whats been going on daily. They soon set up prospective buyers of which they have vetted as much as possible. They work hard to get the best offer, and when both parties agree they work even harder daily to push it through as soon as possible keeping you informed every day on it's progress. A pleasure to deal with

“Buying a property through Pyne & Lyon was a pleasure. They were very professional and went the extra mile to answer my questions- making me comfortable with a relatively complex purchase. I’ve never known an estate agent pushing as hard as they did to get things past the finishing line (just a few weeks from offer to completion over the Christmas period is a feat I’m sure not many would have achieved).
