Free events in the city

EXETER City Council's play and countryside departments are putting on a host of free events over the next few months.

Taking advantage of the lovely parks and green spaces in and around the city, the activities offer something for everyone.

Free play events include Respect in the Park, which takes place next Saturday at Belmont Park, from noon to 6pm.

It is open to everyone, with all the usual Playday fun on offer, plus world music, acoustic music, community performances, stalls, dance displays and refreshments. There will also be the chance to learn circus skills, and enjoy dance workshops, storytelling and soft play areas.
