"We have some fantastic locations in the South West and Exeter especially is proving to be a popular place to live. Our Milbury Reach development in Exminster has been incredibly sought after, with high visitor levels and more than 32 homes reserved since we launched last July.

"We've also received strong interest in our St Loyes development, off Topsham Road which is beautifully situated, so we're expecting the trend to continue.

"With new developments opening, land acquired and many awards under our belt, it's been an incredibly busy six months since I joined the South West region as managing director and this year shows no signs of slowing down, which is great for Linden Homes and the housebuilding industry as a whole."
