'We'll be stronger,' says Jones
CLIVE Jones says his Willand Rovers side to face Exeter City in tonight's (Tuesday's) Devon Bowl second round match will be a lot stronger having had their match against Longwell Green Sports postponed at the weekend.
Manager Jones was going to rest midfielder Scott Rogers and Lloyd Beech for the match but, having only played three games in the past six weeks, he is keen for his players to get some game time.

"We will be stronger, because there were a couple of players (Rogers and Beech) who were carrying knocks," said Jones. "If I had played them on Saturday I wouldn't have played them on Tuesday."
If Willand do beat Exeter City on Tuesday night then they will face Tiverton Town in the third round.

Jones admits it gives his players extra incentive to win the match, but he is just looking for another victory as they look to put a disappointing start to the season behind them. "I just want to win every game," he said. "The prize at the end of it is to play Tiverton at home, that is what I want because then you get a big crowd.
"I'm really good friends with the Tiverton manager (Mark Saunders). I know a lot of their players. A lot of their players know my players, so we want to play them because it would get a big crowd and everyone can enjoy it."
Jones could also name Joey Halls in the side to face City. He has rejoined the club having returned from Australia.
After that, Willand face Ilfracombe away in the league and it is another match Jones is targeting for a win.
"We need the points, we are at the wrong end of the table," he said. "Ilfracombe beat us 2-0 at our place earlier in the season and I want to put the record straight."
