Be a marmalade master

THERE is a chance to liven up your breakfast table by making your own Seville orange marmalade at Darts Farm next week.

Artisan double gold World Marmalade award winner Victoria Cranfield will be sharing her trade secrets into making her delicious tasting marmalade in a fun and hands on session at the Topsham farm shop.

The 'Queen of Condiments' will also teach participants on the course how to make delicious spiced orange slices and candied oranges to take home to share with friends and family.

The masterclass takes place next Friday, January 25.
