City girls help to promote goats' milk

Tuesday, July 29, 2008, 23:00

TWO Exeter sisters have been featured on a goats' milk carton as part of a national campaign to get the nation drinking more of it.

Ella and Olivia Coupland- Smith, six and three, both attend Maria Montessori School and have been drinking goats' milk for more than two years.

Both girls have been featured on St Helen's Farm goats' milk cartons throughout July and will be again in August.

Thank Goodness for Goats Week has just been celebrated for the sixth year as the demand for goats' milk soars.

St Helen's Farm, the company which put the girls' picture on their cartons, challenged all milk lovers during the week to give goats' milk a try for seven days.

Mum Hannah Coupland-Smith said: “St Helen's Farm products have made my girls so happy. They adore the goats' milk and it suits their digestion better.”
