Poor service

“The Barn Owl could be a really lovely pub, and it is such a disappointment that it doesn't deliver. Small portions, poor tasting food and bad service are the norm here. I have been to this pub on a number of occassions due to its location but time and again it fails to deliver. One time the bar man spilt my hot chocolate all down the mug, its handle and the saucer and just plonked it down on the table with an unconvincing 'sorry', where is the service there? Also the bar snacks are embarrasingly small. My opinion - don't waste your money.”
