Based in Exeter, we provide an excellent selection of quality British food, great wines, real ales and lager, all served with a smile. Our pub provides a warm and friendly atmosphere, whether you are relaxing by the open fire in the winter or eating on the terrace in the summer.

Wherever possible, our dishes are made with local produce from the surrounding countryside, ensuring you can enjoy better, healthier food from the local area. Our food is only the best quality. All our poultry is free range, our fish are fresh out of the waters of Devon, our steaks are traceable and hung to mature and develop full flavour and our vegetables are from local farms, what more could you want. Enjoy our smooth chicken liver and Madeira pate or pan fried garlic mushrooms to start, followed by our delicious fish pie or goats cheese and beetroot risotto. You will be spoilt for choice when it comes to dessert. Choose from lemon posset, sticky toffee pudding, hot chocolate fondant or our chef’s cheesecake.
