OKish, but slightly disappointing fare

“ I've had coffee and cake with friends a couple of times at the new-ish cafe/restaurant that's attached to the Pavilion, and I've also bought a drink or two. On each occasion I've been underwhelmed. There's nothing spectacularly wrong with the food and drink here, but nothing that you can write home about either. In short, it's rather bland, irritatingly dressed up as something more special. Prices weren't cheap either. So, if they want to impress, Posh at the Seaside need to smarten up their act on all fronts. Currently they are Average at the Seaside. ”
