“Garners on the Strand, distinguished by its giant kettle sign, is an Exmouth institution. An Aladdin's cave of hardware and homeware, its seemingly endless shelves carry everything you could want for DIY, gardening, cleaning and home maintenance. They also do a great sideline in funky housewares to brighten up your chores. The knowledgeable and friendly staff are always ready to help you find the precise bolt or washer you need for that tricky job, and will probably advise on how to tackle it, too!”
