Quay Toning and Fitness has been designed to appeal to ladies who do not enjoy exercising at a conventional gym, with a wide range of exercise machines, classes and a health suite on site.
Here at Quay Toning we believe that exercising and toning up shouldn't be something you have to do but something you want to do and something you enjoy doing.
We offer a wide range of fitness classes and our fully air conditioned gym has Motortone machines in, these machines give you a full body work out in just half an hour! Perfect for people who live busy lifestyles and can't spend hours in the gym.
Everyone is welcome at Quay Toning and we pride ourselves in helping our members achieve their goals. When you become a member you can discuss your goals and aspirations and then your personal trainer will monitor your progress and re-assess you regularly.
Our Health Suite offers Holistic Therapy including massages, reflexology, colour therapy and hot stone therapy. Also available are facials, body wraps and we have an infra-red sauna and sunshower.

Karen - Lost 10 inches in less than 2 months!
“Karen has been re-assessed today and lost 10 inches & 4.75lbs since 3rd Jan 2013, when she became a new year member! She is over the moon as it's holiday time next week and she has bought herself some new bikinis for the sea and sunshine. She pledges to enjoy herself while she is away, this is because she knows that she can burn additional pounds off again on her return to Quay Toning in 10 days time.
