IN just a few short years, comic Laura Solon has picked up some major accolades. She's only the second woman to win the prestigious Perrier award. She's had a hugely successful Radio 4 series and supported some top names in comedy on television, including Al Murray and Harry Enfield.

Judging from the reviews, her new nationally-touring show, which stops off at Tiverton's New Hall next Monday, tops the lot.

The one-woman show Rabbit Faced Story Soup is written and performed by the hugely-talented Solon and it is a comic tour de force.

Promoter Steve Lodge said: "Each character fires off brilliant one-liners, superb put-downs that would do Blackadder proud."
